Come and sing with Lakelands Community Choir
A friendly community choir for people of all backgrounds and abilities who simply love to sing. You don't need to read music, and you don't need to audition. Just come along and join in.
About the choir
Singing together since 2019
Lakelands Community Choir was founded to give people of every background and ability a place to enjoy singing together. Since then we have grown from strength to strength, bringing music to our local community and beyond.
What to expect
A warm welcome for every voice
No auditions
Everyone is welcome. There's no test and no pressure. Turn up, say hello and take a seat with the section that suits your voice.
No need to read music
Whether you've sung for years or have never sung in front of anyone, we learn by hearing and repeating. You'll have words to follow and access to recordings to practice at home.
Friendly and fun
We're a community first. Expect laughter, new friends, and the joy of sounding great together at local events and concerts.
